Georgia Pecan Balls

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
generous pinch of salt
1 cup finely chopped Georgia pecans
1 lb. 10X confectioner's sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2
    Combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar.
  3. 3
    Mix with hands and roll into bite-size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove from pan and roll each ball in confectioners sugar.
  5. 5
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
