INGREDIENTS

6 qt. yogurt, plain and low-fat
1 1/2 qt. almond butter
1 1/4 qt. honey
2 cups lite soy sauce
3 tbsp. ginger, ground
3 tbsp. mustard powder/flour
3 tbsp. almonds: WHL-chopped or sliced, toasted, natural or dry roasted

    Blend first six ingredients and blend. Portion 3 oz. into 100 (1/3) soufflé cups. Sprinkle almond bits over each portion
