INGREDIENTS

2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 oz. anchovy filets
tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. brandy

INSTRUCTIONS

    Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Puree until smooth.
