10 oz. dried figs
3 oz. port wine
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a small saucepan, combine figs, port, sugar and cinnamon; simmer until liquid had thickened and reduced by about half, about 5 minutes. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
