INGREDIENTS

1 croissant
2 eggs, scrambled
1/2 to 1 oz. (1 to 2 slices) fontina cheese, sliced
1 oz. (2 slices) Prosciutto di Parma®, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

    Slice croissant lengthwise in half; place eggs on bottom half.
  2. 2
    Top eggs with fontina cheese and Prosciutto di Parma. Cover with remaining croissant half.
