Mussels-On-The-BBQ with Lime

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. fresh blue cultured mussels
4 oregano springs
4 cilantro springs
1⁄2 jalapeno
4 tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 limes

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rise fresh blue cultured mussels in tap water.
  2. 2
    Place the oregano, cilantro and jalapeno on a sheet of foil.
  3. 3
    Top with one pound of washed blue mussels.
  4. 4
    Scatter butter and sliced garlic cloves over the mussels.
  5. 5
    Drizzle the juice from the limes. Add the squeezed limes into the pack as well.

    Fold up the foil, leaving room for the mussels to open.
  7. 7
    Grill on high heat for 5-7 minutes. Eat the mussels that have opened up, discarding any that do not open.
