Blue Mussel Grill

INGREDIENTS

2 lb. fresh cultured blue mussels, in shell
1 cup Melted butter
8 lemon wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rinse fresh blue mussels in tap water. 
  2. 2
    Arrange grill 4 to 5" (10 to 12 cm) above hot coals.

    Place fresh blue mussels on the grill, close the cover and cook until the shells open about 4 to 5 minutes.

    Serve at once with melted butter and lemon wedges.
