INGREDIENTS

5 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 cup toasted walnuts
4 oz. raisins
1/2 cup minced leeks
1 tbsp. chili flakes
1 cup finely diced celery
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soybean oil
salt and pepper, to taste
