INGREDIENTS

3 3/4 lb. lolla rosa lettuce
3 3/4 lb. red oak lettuce
3 3/4 lb. green oak lettuce
60.0 oz. of Port Wine Vinaigrette Magnifying_glass
20 red pear, diced
3.0 cups of Spiced Pecans Magnifying_glass
3 3/4 lb. Oregon blue cheese, crumbled
2 oz. chives

INSTRUCTIONS

    Wash lettuces, toss with Port Wine Vinaigrette.
  2. 2
    At service, plate 3 oz. lettuce mixture. Top with 1 oz. cheese, 2 tsp. spiced pecans and a sprinkling of chives.
