INGREDIENTS

32 cups mixed seasonal greens
16 coach farm cheese buttons
2 granny smith apples
3/4 cup chopped Georgia pecans
1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. mustard (Grey Poupon Dijon)
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
1 tbsp. freshly ground pepper
coarse or Kosher salt, to taste
1.0 cup of Goat Cheese Fondue Magnifying_glass

INSTRUCTIONS

    Combine all oils and vinegars in a bowl and mix thoroughly, Add seasonings, pecans and mix again.

    At service place 2 cups salad on each plate. Place 1 goat cheese button topped with 1 tbsp. goat cheese fondue and a few slices of apple along side salad. Serve with a toasted crouton on the side.
