Spiced Georgia Pecans I

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Georgia pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground caraway
1/2 tsp. white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Heat the butter in a large sauté pan until foamy. Add the pecans and sugar and toss to coat. Add spices and shake the pan until all the pecans are thoroughly coated with the spice mix. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the butter has been absorbed and the pecans are roasted, continuing to shake the pan. Drain on a paper towel and let cool. Store unused pecans in an airtight container.
