Pumpkin Filling for Pumpkin Georgia Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1
    Combine canned pumpkin, egg, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl until well combined. Spread evenly in bottom of pie crust. Set aside.
