Sour Cream Chocolate Bars

1 1/2 cups butter, divided
1 cup water
1 cup cocoa, divided
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 cup milk
1 cup chopped nuts

    Bring 1 cup butter, water, and 1/2 cup cocoa to boil. Set aside. Combine sour cream and eggs, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well-blended. Add butter mixture, mixing at low speed until blended. Gradually add combined dry ingredients such as flour, 2 cups sugar, baking soda and salt, mixing at medium speed until smooth. Spread into greased 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° F for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Frost with creamy chocolate frosting.

    Creamy Chocolate Frosting: Beat 1/2 cup butter, mixing at medium speed of electric mixer. Add combined powdered sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy. Spread over cake, sprinkle with nuts.
