INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/4 oz.
1 3/4 cups milk
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries or raspberries, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a medium saucepan combine sugar and gelatin. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and vanilla. Cover; chill about 2 hours or until mixture mounds. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses. Top each with 1/4 cup of the berries.
