INGREDIENTS

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/3 cup 4 tbsp. sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/4 cup hazelnut-flavored liqueur
1 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

    Add butter to combined crumbs and 1/3 cup sugar; mix well. Press onto bottom of buttered 9" springform pan. Wrap outside of pan with aluminum foil.

    Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well-blended.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in liqueur and nuts; pour over crust. Place springform pan in larger pan with at least 1" sides; fill with 1/2" very hot water. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

    Combine sour cream, 4 tbsp. sugar and vanilla; spread over cheesecake. Cool; chill.
