Fruitful Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit puree
16 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; allow to stand 5 minutes. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Combine with puree; stir into yogurt. Add sugar to taste. Pour into 9" square pan; freeze until almost firm. Coarsely chop mixture; spoon into chilled bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth; freeze.

Can also be frozen in ice cream freezer according to manufacturers directions.
