Frosty Strawberry Yogurt Squares

INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
16 oz. plain or vanilla yogurt
2 cups broken crème-filled chocolate cookies

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mash strawberries; stir in sugar. Set aside. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in yogurt. Spread 2 cups of mixture onto bottom of 8" or 9" square baking dish. Top with cookies. Fold berries into remaining whipped cream mixture. Spread over cookies. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
