Creamy Cheese Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix crumbs and butter thoroughly. Press on bottom and sides of 9" glass pie plate. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Cool.

    Combine all remaining ingredients except sour cream in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Microwave on low 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Pour into prepared crust. Microwave on low 6 to 8 minutes or until center is set. Chill thoroughly. Serve plain or top with prepared fruit-pie filling.
