INGREDIENTS

2 cups confectioners sugar
8 tbsp. cream cheese, well chilled and cut into chunks (about 4 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    In the bowl of a food processor or mixer, combine the ingredients; process or mix just until smooth. (Do not over process or the frosting will be too soft to spread).
