Chilean-style Sautéed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, assorted, sliced
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup white wine, preferably Sauvignon Blanc
2 tsp. Merkén
salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan; add the garlic and sauté until the aroma has released. Add the mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes.

    Add the wine; cook to concentrate and season with salt and merkén. Serve immediately.
