Philly Mushroom Cheese Steak Wrap

INGREDIENTS

margarine
1 ounce sautéed onions
1 ounce peppers
1 ounce mushrooms
4 ounces beef steak meat
1/4 tsp. shake salt and pepper mix
2 slices provolone (1/2 ounce slices)
1 (12") tomato tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

    Heat margarine in skillet; sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms until softened, approximately 5 minutes or above for high peak service times.

    Place steak meat on medium hot grill.
  3. 3
    Place sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms over steak.
  4. 4
    Season with 2 shakes salt and pepper mixture.

    Chop steak and vegetable mixture with grill spatula and cook until meat reaches temperature of 165ºF (for 15 seconds).

    Place 2 slices of provolone cheese over steak mixture and melt.

    Slide spatula under steak and place on lower third of tortilla.

    Roll burrito style, slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
