Pac Bell Portobello Mushroom Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

25 Portobello mushrooms
3 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup garlic cloves, chopped
3 cups canola oil
6 onion
3 red bell pepper
3 green bell pepper
25 round sandwich bun, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

    Clean mushrooms. Remove stems and gills. Place in large pan.
  2. 2
    Combine soy, Worcestershire, garlic and oil. Pour marinade over mushrooms; marinate for 2 hours.
  3. 3
    French slice the onions and julienne slice the bell peppers. Sauté slices in hot oil until soft; keep warm. Grill mushrooms over medium heat, 3 minutes per side. Place mushrooms on bun and top with sautéed onions and peppers. Wrap in 14" foil paper.
