INGREDIENTS

1 lb. 8 oz. unsalted butter
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. or to taste cayenne pepper
6 lb. white button mushrooms
24 beef filet (about 6 - 8 oz. each)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Melt butter, whisk in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and cayenne. Simmer 1 minute; reserve.

    Per Order: Grill steak to desired doneness. Meanwhile, over high heat, sauté 4 oz. mushrooms in 2 1/2 tbsp. butter mixture until lightly browned and tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Spoon over grilled steak.
