stuffed humoor fish with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

250 g white fish fillet, slightly pounded
2 ribs celery
4 each carrots
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, batton cut
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
100 g dill, fresh, chopped
100 g butter
2 each garlic cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the celery, carrots, cucumber deseeded lengthwise into batons that are 6 inch long.

    Wrap the fish filet in clean plastic wrap and slowly hammer it to form a nice square piece of fillet. Then take a piece of silver foil and put the white fish fillet on it. First, put crushed pepper and salt on to silver foil then top it with the fish fillet.

    Then put the all batons of vegetables in to fish and then wrap close both the sides of the stuffed fish like chocolate wrap

    Put the oil on flat top then put the stuffed white fish wrapped in to foil on flat top for 4 mins then put it into oven for about 5 mins then take it our then cut cut round piece og the fish grilled it on the both sides

    Serve with the baked potato with rosemarry flavour

    Top up with the dill butter sauce make dill dill butter add 2 tsp of lemon juice then add 1 cup cooking cream heat it up

    Add seasoning check the taste top it on the stuffed white fish

    In one portion of the dish put 6 piece

notes

no need to to blanch the vegetables first because due to the fish moisture the vegetables will get blanch and crunchy
