INGREDIENTS

Rutabaga (small)
Olive oil
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel Rutabaga & slice to 3/8 inch thickness
  2. 2
    Slice into Shoestrings 3/8 th inch width
  3. 3
    Blanch 5 minutes in boiling water
  4. 4
    Pre heat Oven 400°F
  5. 5
    Strain & dry Rutabaga, sprinkle with olive oil
  6. 6
    Place on lined baking sheet & season

I made this with other roasted vegetables. It is the Best way to bring out the Rutabaga true earthy taste & make it palatable for those think they don't like Rutabagas. It's taste is different that the sweet rutabagas your mom used to make. FIVE STARS
