Udon Sauce Beef Slices

INGREDIENTS

10 g fresh beef slices
15 g udon noodles
5 g finely chopped garlic
5 g chopped onion
1 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chicken powder
1 pc. parsley, for garnish
1/2 tsp. fish oil
100 ml water

INSTRUCTIONS

    Heat the cooking oil.

    Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3
    Add spice beef, stir-fry briefly.
  4. 4
    Add noddles in boiling water, cook within 5 minutes. Add ingredients and season to taste.

    Add fish oil and water to let noddles not too dry when served.
  6. 6
    Add exquisite cuisine that shows up on top of Parsley.
