Combine spices in cheesecloth bag and drop in saucepan with ¼ of wine.
Add Florida orange peel and Sugar in the Raw.
Simmer to blend flavors, about 5 minutes.
Once heated, add remaining wine and honey and return to simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off heat.
Add Florida orange juice.
Remove spice bag and orange peel and serve.
Garnish with Florida orange slice and cinnamon stick.
To make COLD, chill mulled wine. To 1 wine glass, add ½ oz Cointreau and 6 oz chilled mulled wine over ice.
