INGREDIENTS

3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup Aloutte Crème Fraîche, about 4 oz.
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. reserved pickling liquid
18 cups shredded napa cabbage, about 2-1/2 lb.
3 cups julienne-cut carrots, about 8 oz.
1-1/4 cups chopped celery, about 4 oz.
2 cups sliced scallions (green parts only), about 3 oz.
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, about 1-1/8 oz.
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, about 3/8 oz.
1/4 cup chopped fresh Thai basil, about 3/8 oz.

INSTRUCTIONS

    Whisk mayonnaise, crème fraîche, sugar and pickling liquid in bowl until blended.

    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mayonnaise dressing; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
