INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup champagne vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup Canola oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Whisk vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl until sugar is dissolved. Gradually whisk in oil until emulsified. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
