For each pizza: Brown 8 ounces ItalianVeal Sausage in large crumbles in oil over medium-high heat.
Roll out 10 ounces dough to 12-inch circle. Spread with 3 ounces Trattoria Sauce. Top with cooked Sausage and 1 ounce sautéed bell peppers. Sprinkle with 3 ounces mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Place pizza on preheated pizza stone in 500°F to 550°F oven. Bake 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons basil.
