INGREDIENTS

3 cups Dry Marsala wine
1-1/2 cups veal stock
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 tbsp. water
salt and ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Reduce wine to 1½ cups. Add stock. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into stock mixture. Cook and stir until sauce thickens and boils for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Keep hot.
