INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. minced shallot
1-1/2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Process all ingredients except oil in blender until blended. With motor running, slowly add oil, processing until emulsified.
