Yogurt and mango sauce

INGREDIENTS

50 g onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tbsp. grated ginger
400 g very ripe mango
1/2 cup natural soy yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel mango, remove pit. Puré the mango.
  2. 2
    Chop onion and garlic.
  3. 3
    Sauté onion, garlic, ginger in peanut oil.
  4. 4
    Add mango puré, yogurt.
  5. 5
    Bring to a boil, serve hot.
