Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 garlic clove
50 g onion
100 g mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh thyme
1/2 cup natural soy yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop onion and garlic. Slice mushrooms.

    Sauté onion and garlic in hot olive oil. Add mushrooms and chopped fresh thyme.

    When liquid has evaporated, add yogurt and parsley. Bring to a boil.

    Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
