INGREDIENTS

200 g ripe avocado
1/2 cup natural soy yogurt
1 tbsp. Tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 dash cayenne pepper
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel avocado. Remove pit. Place pulp in blender.

    Add yogurt, vinegar, mustard and cayenne pepper. Blend well.

    Season with salt and pepper. Serve when ready.
