INGREDIENTS

200 g avocado
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. chopped chili pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 cup natural soy yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel avocado, remove pit and place pulp in blender.
  2. 2
    Peel garlic, add garlic to blender, along with chili pepper, parsley, cilantro and lime juice. Blend well.
  3. 3
    Blend in yogurt. Serve cold.
