Yogurt and banana sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 garlic clove
50 g onion
1 tbsp. peanut oil
150 g ripe bananas
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup natural soy yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop onion and garlic. Sauté them in peanut oil.
  2. 2
    Peel bananas, put in blender along with onion and garlic. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well with the aid of the blender.

    Add yogurt and mix well. Serve cold.
