Fava Beans

INGREDIENTS

500 g fava beans
3 garlic clove, divided
200 g onion, divided
115 ml olive oil, divided
1 dash of pepper
5 g parsley
1 dash of chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

    Leave fava beans on water overnight. Cut slightly through each fava bean and bring to a boil covered in cold water. Add 1 garlic clove, 100 g onion quartered and 15 ml of olive oil.

    Prepare sauce into a bowl: 100 g chopped onion, 2 chopped cloves of garlic, parsley and chili powder. Mix well.

    Pass fava beans through colander. Add sauce to fava beans, season with salt and 100 ml of olive oil.

    Put on medium heat for a while just to allow the fava beans to incorporate the olive oil. Rectify seasoning.
