Sweet Potato Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 kg AP flour
200 g sweet potato puree
100 g bread dough
Salt, as needed

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix bread dough with sweet potato puré.
  2. 2
    Blend in with the flour working the dough, adding tepid water seasoned with salt as needed.
  3. 3
    When all of the flour has been worked in, allow to rest overnight.
  4. 4
    Separate dough in to rolls, bake at 200ºC until ready.
