Garbanzo Beans with Croutons

INGREDIENTS

2 cups garbanzo beans
1 full head of garlic cloves
2 bayleafs
100 g Onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. cumin
2 cups croutons

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cook garbanzo beans in pressure cooker in water seasoned with salt, five cloves of garlic, 1 bayleaf, a little olive oil.

    Chop onion, remaining garlic cloves.
  3. 3
    Sweat onion, garlic and bayleaf in olive oil. Add tomato paste and allow to stew.

    Add in some tablespoons of the water used to cook the garbanzo beans, then follow with the garbanzo beans.

    Season with cumin, check for salt.
  6. 6
    Serve with croutons.
