Cannellini Beans Soup

INGREDIENTS

4 dl cannellini beans
4 tbsp. olive oil
100 g onion
250 g potato
250 g sweet potato
250 g pumpkin
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Beans must be on water overnight. Bring water to a boil with beans, olive oil, onion. After bean has cooked season with salt.

    Peel potatoes and pumpkin, chop in to cubes. Add to the soup mixture.
  3. 3
    Allow everything to cook. This soup must be thick. Rectify seasoning.
