Green Bean Stew

INGREDIENTS

750 g green beans
100 g Onion
1 kg ripe tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 bayleaf
200 g potatoes
50 g carrots
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop onion and garlic.
  2. 2
    Concasse tomatoes and chop roughly.
  3. 3
    Peel carrot, slice. Peel potatoes, chop in to cubes.
  4. 4
    Slice green beans diagonally.
  5. 5
    Sweat onion and garlic in olive oil, add bayleaf.
  6. 6
    Allow to stew, add tomatoes and some water.
  7. 7
    Add carrots, allow to stew for a while more.
  8. 8
    Add green beans and potatoes, add more water.
  9. 9
    Add water as needed, untill everything is done cooking, seasoning with salt and pepper.
