Green Bean Soup

INGREDIENTS

750 g green beans
200 g ripe tomatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
100 g Onion
2 bayleafs
2 garlic cloves
500 g potatoes
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop onions.
  2. 2
    Concassé the tomato and chop roughly.
  3. 3
    Wash green beans and break by hand in 3 or 4 pieces each.
  4. 4
    Peel garlic cloves.
  5. 5
    In a pot, add olive oil, onion, tomato, green beans, garlic, bayleafs and salt. Cover and stew.

    Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
  7. 7
    After everything is cooked, add 1 L of water and the potatoes. Allow for potatoes to cook.
  8. 8
    Rectify seasoning.
