Fried Chicken Darus

1 kg whole chicken, with skin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg powder
1 tsp. shahi jeera (Indian cumin) powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. cardamom powder
1 tbsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. onion paste
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 cup liquied milk
Oil, for fry
Salt, to taste

    Clean the chicken and cut the top of the wings.

    Make a hole on both sides of chicken breast and tie the legs with skin like cross.

    In a medium bowl place all ingredients except milk and oil and stir well. Place the chicken and marinate very well. Keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes or more (1 day is the ideal).

    Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken, and cook for few minutes. While the milk is dry, heat other saucepan with oil and place the chicken. Fry the chicken until light golden color.

    Serve with Polau rice.
