INGREDIENTS

500 g cake flour
175 g vegan butter
2 dl soy milk
500 g sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    Melt butter without bringing it to a boil.

    Mix in flour, blend well. Mix in milk, work dough.

    With the aid of a pastry bag, shape dough in rings in baking tray sprinkled with flour.

    Bake at 200ºC until it's ready. Allow to cool.
  5. 5
    Bring sugar to a boil with 2 dl of water to a temperature of 105ºC. Remove from heat source and blend rings coating well.
  6. 6
    Dry rings on a netted surface.
