INGREDIENTS

250 g bread dough
Flour, as needed
Oil, for deep frying
Sugar, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Work on the bread dough, separate in pieces.
  2. 2
    Piece by piece roll out dough with the aid of flour and a rolling pin to as thin as possible, finish thining by hand.
  3. 3
    Cut in to squares and fry in hot oil. Place on absorvent paper and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
