INGREDIENTS

250 g tomatoes
50 g olives black and green
4 small lettuce leaves
2 - 3 small shallots
1 lemon, cutted in wedges
1 stick of spring onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the tomatoes into slices. In a medium bowl add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix. Add tomato slices, olives, shallots and just toss gently. Arrange the tomatoes in a serving plate on round shape. Arrange washed lettuce leaves, olives and others ingredients.
