INGREDIENTS

200 g coral fish fillet
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 lemon, juiced
1 tomato
100 g mixed vegetables sauteed in butter (Optional)
60 g french fries (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a medium bowl mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and pour over fillets. Refrigerate covered for 2 hours. Grill until fish flakes.

    Can be served with tomato and mixed vegetable or french fries as a side dish.
