Tofu Stew

INGREDIENTS

1 kg tofu
1 dl olive oil
100 g onion
300 g tomato
3 dl white wine
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Squeeze water out of the Tofu. Cut in cubes, marinate in the white wine, paprika and powdered garlic for 30 minutes.

    Concasse the tomatoes and roughly chop them. Finely chop the onions.

    Stew the tomatoes and onions in olive oil.
  4. 4
    Add the Tofu and set the marinade aside. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

    Add the marinade, correct the seasonings. Allow to cook on low heat for more 10 minutes.

    Time may vary in according to equipment used.
