Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

250 g cake flour
250 g golden sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
200 ml soy milk
125 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix cake flour, golden sugar, powdered cocoa and salt in a bowl.

    Mix soy milk, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Add to the solid ingredients. Mix well.

    Preheat the oven at 180ÂșC. Approximate time of baking is 30 minutes but may vary.

Yields one large cake. You may substitute the lemon juice for cider vinegar in the same amount.
